A comprehensive, statewide initiative aimed at authorizing and regulating the cultivation, production, processing, and distribution of entheogenic plants and substances in California in 2024!
the legislative aids in CO seems to have left out what is important in wrding legislation:
is there 'no way' to keep big pharma, multinationals, deep pockets OUT of this? Can government do ANYTHING w/o its moneyed interests as consultants and lobbyists (ne`: campaign contributions) ?
Is the past (not just the cannabis "industry") not on the mind of our society? I'd say "No, it is not" (just see the current degradation of the planet). Please, whoever reads this, do what you can to keep this type of system from framing the oh so important narrative developing now... as so goes the opening in the larger roll out of healing, traditional folk-ways (our culture), spiritual practice which is so sorely needed.
